Gstaad Yacht Club invites participants to their annual GYC Ski-Yachting event, March 7-9, 2025. Each team enters a maximum of four participants for the ski race (two easy giant slalom runs where consistency counts). Two team members are then appointed to sail in the remote-controlled America’s Cup model boat match races.

Races for the “Interclub” competition start promptly at 19h00 on Friday, March 7, on the Eggli Mountain followed by dinner. Saturday morning, March, 8 at 9h00 Ski Race based on velocity take place for those participating at the Royal Yacht Squadron Castle Trophy on J/70s in Cowes, Isle of Wight, UK in May.

The prize-giving dinner will be in the GYC clubhouse at 20h00 on Saturday evening.
On Thursday, March 6, we encourage participants to attend the Help Save the Med presentation at the GYC Clubhouse.

A Junior event is organized on the same weekend. All Juniors aged under 16 years of age meet on Saturday morning for the Junior Ski Yachting Trophy. Please complete the entry form and return it by the Friday, February 28, 2025 and make your hotel reservations as soon as possible (see hotel information HERE.)
