The Organizing Committee of the 51st Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó (Conde de Godó Sailing Trophy BMW) is pleased to announce the publication of the 2024 Notice of Race. The competition, a flagship event in the national sailing calendar, organized by the Real Club Náutico de Barcelona since 1974 with the support of the Godó family, will adopt the name of 51st Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó (Conde de Godó Sailing Trophy BMW), in an edition to be held from May 29-June 2, 2024, in the waters of Barcelona.

The 51st edition of the Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó features ORC classes in the Crew and Double-handed categories, in addition to the one-design J/70 class, and will repeat the women’s one-design category, the Godó Women’s Cup.

The first race of the 51st Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó will be on Thursday, May 30, for the ORC Double-handed fleet with a long offshore race, while races for the rest of the ORC Crew and J/70 fleets will begin on Friday, May 31. The competition will extend until Sunday, June 2, with a total of 2 races scheduled for the ORC Double- handed fleet, 7 for ORC Crew, and 10 for the one-design classes.

The 51st Trofeo de vela Conde de Godó is organized by the Real Club Náutico de Barcelona (RCNB) on behalf of the Real Federación Española de Vela (RFEV) with the collaboration of the Federació Catalana de Vela (FCV).
