Conference host Gstaad Yacht Club (GYC) provided an overview on how they manage their club communications. Different stakeholders require different messages through the appropriate channels, and so members and staff may receive information in a different presentation than the media and the larger community. In addition, social media is a growing opportunity to communicate in addition to traditional channels including print mediums, emails, website updates and press releases, and allows the club to reach a larger audience at a rapid pace.
